The Mosta Youth Empowerment Programme offers support services to the young people in the locality. The main aim, as the name suggests, is to empower young people and provide them with the information required whether this relates to career guidances, health, work oporunities, the rights of young people, the environment, religion, etc. Young people also come to discuss particular issues important to them. Depending on the issue, we also offer one-to-one sessions where we guide the young person through the different options available. Although it is not the role of the YEP, we also organise activities from time to time for the young people who frequent the YEP. Some activities organised were a treasure hunt, cultural visits, seminars, an open day, bazaar, weekend live-in, youth exchanges, an EVS project and many more
